I take a psychological approach to fitness, helping clients build sustainable habits that last. With a Master’s degree and a background specializing in anxiety reduction among athletes, I’ve spent over 5 years coaching and 4 years running my own business, GB Wellness LLC. My roots are in aesthetics, guiding individuals toward achieving a body they feel confident in, but my work goes far deeper—into nutrition, training, sleep, and mental health.
